We work with suppliers around the world to source high quality products. Our suppliers and staff typically ship orders within 1-5 days of receiving your order. If your product is out of stock in our warehouse, we may need to ship directly from one of our overseas manufacturers. At that point it might take 10-20 days for your product to arrive. But rest assured that as soon as your product ships you'll receive a tracking number via e-mail so that you can track your package all the way to your doorstep.
